The first time you connect the FORNAV Designer to your Business Central Azure Active Directory (AAD), your AAD Administrator has to grant access.
Permissions requested. This application is not published by Microsoft or your organization. This app would like to: Sign in and read user profile, Access as the signed-in user, Access Dynamics 365 Business Central as the signed-in user
You can inspect the permissions in your Azure portal, under Enterprise applications.
If you fail to set the correct access, you might get the following error: “AADSTS65004: User declined to consent to access the app.”
You can also get the message: “Message: AADSTS90095: Admin consent is required for the permissions requested by this application. An admin consent request may be sent to the admin.”
AAD Administrator is not a Business Central user
If your AAD Administrator is not a Business Central user, you can let the administrator use the Designer connection settings to log in. The point where the permissions are assigned does not require access to Business Central.
